What is CAREER-IN
CAREER-IN program is apprenticeship based coaching service, tailored to graduates who are at the turning point between a student and a professional. CAREER-IN is a service different from traditional consulting which is chargeable on hourly basis, CAREER-IN is delivered over 1-3 months period of time, so as to facilitate the complicated life role transition from campus to workplace.
CAREER-IN provides 1 day to 3 months customized service period which allow sufficient time to deal with complex career issues
CAREER-IN tailors coaching task list to each candidate and allows occasional task and bonus payment.
CAREER-IN adopts dynamic data tracking and assign credit to both candidate and coach. Career Growth is visible everyday.
CAREER-IN gives participants the priorities
in case coaching, mass referral and social functions as well.
With CAREER-IN program, graduates will never feel alone in their critical, yet uncertain career role transition. And we are always there behind them !
